Ysela, a lifelong Bay Area resident, has been making music in the South Bay since 2018.
She originally started singing as a child & loved performing even then. But as so often happens, life goes on, interests change and other priorities take precedence.
However, Ysela has loved & continues to love music throughout her life and it's what brought her back to performing live. As a performer, she frequently hones her craft by playing at open mics and opening for local bands or artists in & around San Jose and the Bay Area.
Ysela offers her take on Folk, Country, & Americana songs with the occasional Spanish folk ballad thrown in. Whether it's Bonnie Raitt or Selena, Ysela enjoys it all!
